Mission: Our mission is to support and empower childhood confidence and independence through collaborative occupational and physical therapy services using a whole-child, strengths-based therapeutic approach.

Vision: Our vision is to encourage community awareness by sharing the beauty and benefit of pediatric therapy services within the greater Richmond area. We will continue to offer reputable opportunities for families to learn more about how to promote all areas within childhood development with individual services, enrichment programs, parent 'coffee chats', staff development, and conferences.

Values: We value every child and family's priorities. We value communication, collaboration, and teamwork with every child's team. We value natural environments for children to thrive at home, in school, and within the community.
