First Priority Service Fees

First Priority OT services are private pay and considered out-of-network. First Priority does not require a script or authorization for services, and we do not directly bill insurance companies for provided services. First Priority OT clients receive monthly itemized receipts for services, often referred to as a "superbill".

Evaluations: $275

Occupational and physical therapy evaluations allow for an in-depth assessment of the concerns you may have for your child's participation in everyday activities. Evaluations may include, but are not limited to, clinical observation, reflex integration testing, parent report, and sensory processing checklists. First Priority Occupational Therapy evaluations include a detailed write-up of findings and is discussed with the caregiver to create the best plan of care for your child.

In-home OT and PT Services: $110 per hour

In- home therapy sessions include the occupational or physical therapist coming to your home to provide collaborative services. These are typically scheduled on a recurring, weekly basis with the same therapist. Children thrive best in their home environment, which allows the therapist to work with your child and family right where these skills take place! We value the importance of a supportive and prioritized approach with caregivers to promote carryover after our therapy sessions.

OT and PT Private School Services:

$110 per hour/$83 per 45 minutes/$55 per 30 minutes

Convenience meets collaboration with our school-based occupational therapy services. Our therapists come directly to your child's school, allowing them to receive support in the environment where they learn, play, and interact each day without adding extra appointments to your family's schedule.

By working within the school setting, our therapists can collaborate closely with teachers and staff to better understand your child's needs, implement effective strategies, and support success in the classroom.

In-home Pelvic Floor Services: $150 per hour
